I have had over 13 years of widespread joint pain including my whole spine. I had undergone numerous diagnostic investigations and was constantly told that there was nothing wrong. I steadily increased my pain medication to try to ‘deal’ with the pain. Eventually I was taking over 40 pills a day and wearing pain relief patches on my skin. When it was explained that my pain was coming from the neck and back I didn’t believe it, but I went on to have the manipulations and went home to do the recommended exercises.
